Houston Family MD accepts the insurance plans below. Not all insurance carriers cover the same services. For inquiries about your coverage for a specific service, please contact your insurance carrier. All fees, copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office manager. For your convenience, our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
